Nearly a Decade in Commercial Construction — Now Building Homes.
Andrew Abdelsayed brings nearly a decade of hands-on commercial construction experience and a genuine passion for building to every project he takes on. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management, Andrew built the foundation of his career at Turner Construction, where he spent nine years rising through roles as a Project Engineer and Superintendent. During his time at Turner, he played a key role in some of Southern California's most ambitious builds, including LAX's Midfield Satellite Concourse, UHS Corona Expansion, and the transformation of the Hollywood Park Casino. His drive for tackling complex, high-profile work then led him to PCL Construction, where he helped bring Universal Studios Hollywood's Fast & Furious: Supercharged roller coaster to life.
Eager to make an even more direct impact, Andrew stepped into the role of Owner's Representative for CSULB, overseeing the design and construction of the university's USU expansion and renovation and the iconic Friendship Walk stairs — projects that let him champion the vision of an institution close to his own heart as an alum.
Though his roots run deep in commercial construction, Andrew discovered an even greater passion when he took on a handful of residential projects and found himself drawn to the personal, hands-on nature of building homes. That passion led him to earn his General Contractor license and launch out on his own, pursuing residential projects with the same dedication to quality and craftsmanship that defined his commercial career.
Never one to stop growing, Andrew has also become a licensed Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer in the state of California — rounding out his expertise across every stage of a property's journey, from financing and acquisition to design and construction. Whether he's managing a ground-up build or guiding a client through their next real estate move, Andrew brings the same energy, integrity, and relentless attention to detail to everything he does.

How we work
A written, fixed-scope proposal before a single wall comes down, and a clear point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
That starts with the free consultation: a real walkthrough of your space, an honest conversation about budget ranges, and a written proposal you can actually hold us to. From there, one team sees the project through permits, construction, and the final walkthrough.
No surprises, no shortcuts — just honest contracting for Orange County and Los Angeles County homes.
That background means one thing for homeowners: the same discipline, planning, and accountability used on multi-million dollar commercial builds and CSULB's own campus now goes into every ADU, addition, and remodel we take on — no matter the size of the project.
