Design & Style Selection
Pick your style direction, then we help you choose layout, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures.

Proposal, Contract & Permits
A fixed-scope written proposal with clear pricing and timeline. Once signed, we pull every required permit.

Pre-Construction Prep
Floor coverings, dust barriers, and a materials delivery schedule so your project starts on time.

Demolition
Careful, contained demo of the existing space. Old materials removed and disposed of properly.

Rough-In
Plumbing, electrical, and framing updates happen behind the walls, inspected before anything is closed up.

Finishes & Installation
Cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and paint come together. Your chosen style becomes real.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the finished space with you line by line and hand you your workmanship warranty in writing.
